BEAR HUNTS

The black bear is a beautiful animal with awesome power and keen senses. We hunt them from tree stands over baited areas. Stands are 12' to 15' high and positioned for left or right handed shooters with rifle or bow.
	We run plenty of baits to allow ample hunting oppertunity. We leave for the hunting areas after lunch and hunt until dark. Most bears are shot the last 2 - 3 hours before sunset.
While bear between 150 and 200 lbs.(dressed weight) average in our area, 400 - 500 lb. bears have been taken. Also, you may want to combine your hunt with fall salmon, togue and brook trout fishing.
